^ got this navy blue shiny skirt at H&M on Saturday. I also really liked that mint see through blazer but I'm hoping for it to go on sale =P. It's not like I need it >.< and my closet is already overflowing. I want to wear the skirt with black tights, a chuncky top a black shirt. I felt inspired by this wonderful outfit by Miss Pandora (yeah, I know her skirt is black not navy =P):
