Louis Vuitton: new campaign and pop-up store in Cannes

Contrary to the digital photography, Louis Vuitton clicked personalities in a traditional manner, through a process used in the 19th century, in which plaque is revealed by asolution of collodion, which results in images that look aged. Sam Taylor, a photographer, artist and director of the film Nowhere Boy, was the first to pose for the campaign Double Exposure (see the video behind the scenesbelow), which also will click their models with some of his personal belongings and has launched today in London.
More news from the fashion house, fashion house will open a pop-up store in Cannes in May, during the film festival in the city. The decoration of the store is inspired by the beach and in the cinema and focus are the parts of the LV for the night.

Louis Vuitton Most Amazing Trunks teaser trailer


The brand launched a book of 496 pages and 800 images comprising the 100 most amazing trunks created by them since the beginning of its activities. More details in the next issue of Vogue.
While Vogue isn't out yet, here is the teaser that Vuitton has launched the network.

The best of Milan Fashion Week for the Winter 2011/2012

The grunge chic style: The overlays, full forms and long skirts are glamorous, in this new remodeled Grunge. With a lot of gold, silver, leather and draped .

A line Mini: many brands had the mini skirt.

Salmon: the most varied shades of salmon arised with force.

Belted Coat: Appeared belted coats with colors like black, graphite gray, brown, beige and ivory, used with baggy pants and boots.

Suits: Power suits in black leather, grey, with skirt and simetric.

Slim trousers: Arised in black, grey, light pink, with plaid pattern.

The Wool:The firm and matte Wool arised on jackets, coats, even on tops and dresses. It was widely used because it is versatile, sophisticated and allows the construction of structured forms.

Socks: The socks came in types: anklets and knee highs and. In colors: black, gray and brown and patterned.

Shearling: The shearling collars appeared on leather jackets and coats. In several types and colours.

And appeared also velvet,minimalist style and animal prints.

What are flatforms? who watched the SS/2011 shows of Prada, Derek Lam ,Chanel and Marc Jacobs probably know what we are talking about.
